An Introduction
singapore is such a diverse country! so many religions, races and people from all walks of life! so many different festivals, tv channels. your neighbor on the right could be from vietnam, and on the left all the way from democratic america! yes, so different, but yet so much the same! why why why is it that you'll never fail to identify a singaporean from a mile even if you're in antartica?
because we have our common language (singlish) and culture (kiasu-ism). and no matter where you go, you know that you can take a person out of singapore, but not the singaporean out of him.
